On Sunday we went to see a real live Thomas, and got to crawl around the trains and play with the models. It was pretty cool, until my monster decided to throw a tantrum on the train ride with Papa. Otherwise, though, it was a pretty fun day!
There were all kinds of little Thomas trains to climb onto. This one was made of Legos - a lifesize Thomas puzzle, as Ben calls legos.
We also got to meet Bob the Builder, which is always a treat. Ben has never really been a big Bob fan, except for one video he has which is of the live-action stage show, so this was great. He was pretty psyched, and then ran up and just kind of stood there. Oh well!
Ben and Papa were both thrilled by the elaborate model train setups. Here, you could push the buttons to load the logs onto the cargo train, then dump the logs out and start all over again.

When he first climb up this, he thought it was just a jumpy, so when he got to the top, he was all mad because it was a slide (the jumpy area was to the left of the picture). So, he decided to butt bounce all the way down the slide. He almost flew right off!
